This design combine many practical elements which are necessary for the settlers. Efficiency, functionality and privacy are the objectives achieved by the detailed mill-work that provides ample storage, making this small-footprint apartment extremely efficient. Every inch of the space is optimally used as shown by the bedroom loft that creates space for a walk-in closet below and the stair risers conceal a series of built-in drawers.
